Overlooking the Cass River, the historic Frankenmuth Brewery is the perfect place for holding events, receptions, banquets, and private parties. We offer a small room setting in the Dog Room or River Room as well as parties as large as 150 guests in our main banquet area. In warmer months our outdoor patios can also be used for events such as receptions and weddings.
Frankenmuth Brewery offers lunch and dinner menus either plated or buffet style. We offer a full beverage menu including Frankenmuth Brewery’s famous beers as well as a fully stocked bar on the banquet level. Of course, our Sales/Catering Staff will be happy to assist you in planning any special menu if these menus are not entirely to your specifications.

Frankenmuth Brewery offers a Basic, Fancy or Premier Buffet. Dinner Rolls and Butter, assorted premium desserts as well as Regular and Decaf Coffee, Iced Tea, Milk or Soft Drink are served with every buffet.

Bar Service
Open Bar and Cash Bar Service is available for all events. House, Call & Premium Liquor is available as well as Frankenmuth Brewery’s Beer Selection; Cass River Blonde Ale, Hefewiezen, Pilsner, English IPA, red Sky Ale, Munich Dunkel & Seasonal Seasonal’s.
We also offer both a House and Premium wine selection for events.
A compliment of Coke product Soft Drinks and Juice is available.

Please note that we do not serve, under ANY circumstances, any individuals under the age of 21, and all underage drinking will be dealt with in the manner required by the law. Accordingly, it is our policy not to serve pitchers of draft beer and not to serve bottles of wine on the table during scheduled functions. We will only serve individual drinks and will serve only those guests with a valid picture ID. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot present proper identification. While we believe it is each individual’s responsibility to control their use of alcohol in a responsible manner, management reserves the right to determine whether bar service should be ended at a particular function to prevent over consumption of alcohol within the guidelines of the accepted social standards and/or the applicable laws of the state of Michigan.
