The historic Frankenmuth Brewery was first built in 1862, and operated as one of Michigan’s largest breweries until it was destroyed by a tornado in 1996. The current building was constructed in 2003, but remnants of the old brewery are on display throughout.

Frankenmuth is known as “Michigan’s Little Bavaria,” and is one of the state’s primary tourist attractions, proudly welcoming millions of guests each year. Famous for the world’s largest Christmas store, a full calendar of festivals and events, unlimited shopping, dining and lodging opportunities, and of course, fine craft-brewed beer, Frankenmuth promises to provide a most memorable and unique experience.

The Frankenmuth Brewery offers you the ability to create a wide variety of custom experiences tailored to your specific banquet and special event requirements. Highlights of our offerings include:

Outstanding Food. A complete menu that includes authentic German dishes such as wiener schnitzel, oven roasted chicken, and sauerbraten. We also offer a complete line of classic American dishes including herb roasted prime rib, filet mignon, grilled salmon and pan-fried walleye. The Frankenmuth Brewery has state-of-the-art equipment and the ability to offer an amazing variety of dishes that can be customized to your specific requirements. We can create individual dishes or a complete buffet. Let our chef and food service team demonstrate their creativity.

Authentic Craft-Brewed Beer. Our brew master craft-brews fresh, authentic lagers and ales including:

	German-Style Pilsener
	Mel-O-Dry Light Lager
	Geyer’s American Cream Ale
	Pioneer Pale Ale
	Old Detroit Amber Ale

Brewery Tour. A fascinating 45-minute tour that features the history of the brewery and the entire brewing and bottling process. The tour concludes with a sampling of our hand-crafted beer in our private tasting room.

Wide Selection of Other Beverages. A complete selection of wine, liquor, soft drinks, coffee, tea and juices to meet your needs. We can help develop the right menu for everything from cocktail parties to custom beer, wine and cigar tastings.

Gift Shop. Featuring a complete selection of great Frankenmuth Brewery gift items such as apparel, glassware, collectibles and more. We can also customize items such as glassware, and wearables to make your special occasion truly unique.

The Frankenmuth Brewery offers an amazing variety of spaces and places to meet your specific banquet and special event requirements. Our facilities range from small meeting rooms to large banquet spaces perfect for weddings, anniversaries or parties. Our spaces include:

	A main dining room that can accommodate up to 225 guests. It can also be configured in a number of ways to accommodate smaller groups or combined with the lower patio for indoor/outdoor events.
	A private dining room for up to 30 guests that offers picturesque views of the Cass River.
	Three exterior patios overlooking the beautiful Cass River that can accommodate from 50 to 125 guests each. The lower patio features a gazebo constructed from a copper brew kettle which was originally used by Frankenmuth Brewery back in 1862.
