Oakland County residents can now get their fix of carry-out Michigan craft beer after the grand opening of the Michigan Beer Growler Company in Beverly Hills.
The Michigan Beer Growler Company, located near the corner of 13 Mile and Southfield Road, features 26 delicious Michigan craft beers, two hard ciders, and two craft sodas on tap, including Frankenmuth Brewery’s Brown Hound Dunkel Lager and Frankie’s Root Bier. (more…)

As popular as the craft beer and crowdfunding industries have become, it’s no surprise that the two have started to cross paths. Over the past three years, a dozen states, including Michigan, have passed legislation enabling or expanding crowdfunding, which will allow for even more variety in Michigan craft beer.
